Our house's heart transplant surgery went so smoothly that I needed no anaesthetic during the whole operation. The surgical team reassured and explained the processes at each stage of the delicate operation, keeping us fully informed. The operation was a decision I'd put off for 3-4 years but it had to be done and we couldn't be happier with the result. We are absolutely, completely and utterly blown away with how it all went. Nothing ...no query or checking was a bother to Mike and Michelle - what a team. Mike exuded enthusiasm and his confidence was contagious as it put us at ease as we realised he had everything under control. He made it easy. The biggest 'thing' was Mike listened. He knew where we were coming from ie., understood what I wanted and didn't try to 'tell' me what I SHOULD be doing. I had a list you see of features I wanted eg., our oven on an angle in the corner to create a cosey curve. The end result is an amazing kitchen that is a central attractive feature which has brought our house into the 21st century. Our house's new heart has rejuvinated it. We love it and are so grateful to the surgical team. Highly recommend you guys.
